Violence. To me, this eight-lettered word means acting with physical force or strength, moved by strong feeling, or produced by force. It is also the use of very deadly weapons like knives and guns. Violence is one of the main reasons that I moved from the Philippines to the United States. My parents think that there is too much violence back home for us to keep on living there. And she did agree to pay it, instead of her being killed, and got back home safely. The second time, it happened to my other aunt. The same group of men that kidnapped my other aunt kidnapped her. They ransomed her for a large amount of money too, but she did not agree to pay it. The men let her go, and when they started to walk, they shot my aunt in the head. People found her body inside a bag far away the day after she got kidnapped. I
