Content for publication in BAFT Member Update / Website

For the BAFT Member Update / Website, in addition to articles/content along the lines of the Webinar titles above we could also provide more general articles summarizing trends in commercial supply chains.

Input into regulatory questions

We would also like to provide input on the issue of regulation and explain why we view the regulatory situation for our use of blockchain technology as being very different from that for the use of blockchains/cryptocurrency in payments. We believe that the regulatory issues are much simpler. This means that implementations in trade finance departments at banks don’t need to be held up by considerations of the evolving regulatory landscape for cryptocurrency use for payments. We are not sure what the best way is to provide this input.
