In case of table games among Chinese international students is popular, Table X Game Bar focuses on providing table game services and the platform for customer dating and communicating as well. With comfortable storefront environment, Table X game Bar should provide high-standard table game services in order to increase their customer base and also their customer loyalty.
Marketing geographic:
We recommend Table X Game Bar should not only focus on the potential customer who are living near the City of Industry, Chinese district, but also focus on the international students who are studying abroad by themselves and have strong demand to build relationship with other students. In this case, Table X Game Bar can put their branches near to the universities such as UC Riverside and University of La Verne that have large number of international students.
Differentiate customer services:
In order to provide differentiate and high-standard customer services, we recommend Table X provides differentiate customer services to different target customer groups to improve their game experience so that table X can improve its customer loyalty and customer return rate.
