What is health?

Health is the state of being free from illness or injury. It's your overall feeling that your body and mind have. If your happy and have a high self-esteem your going to be healthy but if you self-esteem is low your most likely going to be unhealthy. Your health can change from time to time depending on how you feel at the moment. There are different kinds of aspects of health such as emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual. Emotional health is how your self-esteem feels. Physical health is how your body feels and what kind of shape its in. Mental health is if your physical stable and not likely to change such as if you go insane. Lastly, spiritual health would be if your body and mind are at peace.

We can improve our health or prevent disease by many ways. First, the most important one is to eat right. If you eat vegetables and fruits your going to be in good shape and your body is going to be strong to fight and prevent diseases. Try avoiding junk food and unhealthy products that will weaken your body. Work out and try to do as much exercise as you can so you can be in good shape. If your body is in good shape then your body is going to be healthy. Also, thinking positively and not being negative will definitely improve your health. I believe that the less problems you have the better your health will be. Try to avoid and not cause problems so you can be stress free and this will make you feel so much better. Relaxing and taking yoga will help you put you at peace and your health will feel great. Finding something you like to do will boost your spirit up that will lead to good health. If your angry go to a gym and hit a punching bag and take out your anger.
