Prepare an evaluation of each business’s Web site in terms of its functions, user friendliness, and ability to support the company’s business strategy. Which web site does a better job? Why? When clicked, the first 2 links already direct the users to choose and assemble their orders online. The lower part of the sidebar allows users to download its menu and to take note of the delivery hotline number. Unlike Jollibee, McDonald’s put its “celebrations” link on its sidebar, which is more visible. |
