High school students should want to go to Duke University. Duke University is a great opportunity for any student who wants to go to college. It's not only ranked among the top ten schools in the nation academically, it's always ranked as one of the best basketball schools in the nation year after year. Graduating from Duke University leads to a great career in your future. From my opinion and many others, Duke University is the greatest college a student can attend. All high school students should work hard and apply to Duke.

Duke University has been one of the best college basketball programs in the nation for a long time. According to Goduke.com, duke basketball is the fourth most winning men's basketball program of all time. Duke has won four national championships, appeared in 10 championship games, 15 final fours. ESPN recently named Duke the most prestigious college basketball program since the 1985 season. Their success comes from their head coach Mike Krzyzewski, who has the most, wins all time in division 1 basketball. Not only is Duke consistently one of the best college basketball teams, they have the greatest fans in the nation called the "Cameron Crazies." For every Duke home game, their students fill up the stands at Cameron Indoor Stadium, which is known as one of the most intimidating places to play at in the nation. This is one reason why students should want to go to Duke.

Duke is not only a great basketball school; it's a great academic school too. Duke University is ranked the 10th best school academically by US News College Campus. They are nationally recognized break troughs in health informatics. Duke has received millions of dollars in federal funding for health informatics research. They have world renowned health, research, and business programs. Duke also has a beautiful campus with many historic sites. It's one of the most diverse campuses in the world, with amazing scholars and students.
