Why I'm Proud To Be An American

I'm proud to be an American for more reason that I can possibly think of. America is one of the olnly countries where we enjoy all of the freedoms other countries can only dream of such as freedom of speech, freedom of religion, freedom of the press, and the right to a fair and speedy trial. I'm proud to live in a country where I can practice my religion safely unlike my ancestors who feared for their lives.

I'm proud of my country's rich history. Our forefathers were some of the most important people in history. Not only to the United States but to the whole world. They were extremely brave for fighting against the British and winning their freedom from the Britain. Thanks to our forefathers' wise decisions our country grew from only thirteen small colonies to the strongest super power in the entire world.

I'm extremely proud of the men and women of the US Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marine Corps. Every day and every night these brave men and women fight and put their lives on the line so that you and I can keep the freedoms our forefathers fought so hard for. They keep us and our families safe from our enemies, terrorists, and other evil people in the world.

I'm extremely proud to live in the United States of America. There's absolutely no other place on Earth that I would rather live on. Thankfully under the guidance of our great President will the men and women of the armed forces keep our nation safe and deliver us from evil.
