Women At Work

There are many problems that have to deal with women and their work. If a women decides to work at home or if she goes out into the world and wants a job that pays, its her own business. When money comes into play that's when a problem arises and lawsuits are being filed. Men get paid more money then women even if they are doing the same job. Men get hired for jobs more then women even if women qualify the same for the job if not are more qualified. Sexual harassment is also a huge problem with women and jobs. With the statistics and how women are sort of like a minority within jobs this harassment is seen a lot because men feel it is ok to treat women like this. I know this from experience.
Since I was 13 years old I have been babysitting to earn some sort of money. This job wasn't easy because I was actually like a nanny and this one child became known to me like a daughter as I got older and one year turned into five. So just last year I determined it might be time to switch jobs and get into more of a social like atmosphere. I got a job at a golf course being the first and only girl to be outside staff which sometimes involved intense labor such as carrying heavy objects and fixing flat tires on the carts. There where two major problems with this job. The main problem was that I actually was sexual harassed many times and I didn't take it to a higher person to stop this. For example the most distinct time was when I was in the stock room folding clothes and ironing them, mind you the boys never did this, one of the managers came into the room turned off the lights and started rubbing my shoulders and said "the things I would do to you". At the time I just laughed it off because I always just thought this guy was joking around and making light of a situation. After this situation I could not get it off my mind. I never even looked at this guy again because I quit 2 weeks later. Another problem that was discussed in the book was
