1. Spray nozzles which frequently clog with particles

3. If nozzles are not clogging anymore, our performance is effective.

5. It appears that small particles become clogged in the tiny orificies of the nozzles
6. Nozzles have collected particles. It is found to be coated with a layer of hard soap at the bottom of tank. Besides, nozzles are too small
PROBLEM STATEMENT:
Because of lack of enough space in nozzles the spray nozzles on the Automatic Parts are constantly clogged
INFORMATION GATHERED
Nozzles don’t spray as freely as they should
On 7 occasions the nozzles clogged entirely.
Two of them occurred in midday
Remainder happened at the end of day.
Why clogging?
There is small particles which clogs orifices of nozzles
Restricts flow of soap & water solution
Finally shutting everything down
REVISED PROBLEM STATEMENT
In addition to small space of nozzles the soap-water solution clog the nozzles even more and causes the shut Automatic Parts Washer to shut down.
