Bright eyes and big dimples is what I look forward to seeing when the fourth period bell rings for me to leave school. The owner of such characteristics belongs to my boyfriend, William Hailey. Not only is he my boyfriend and best friend, but the person that I look up to the most. Through his many achievements, optimistic attitude, and responsible mindset he sets an example everyday to the people around him.

William never ceases to amaze me with where he has taken his life. As a six-year-old child my boyfriend was required to face the real world at a very early age. His parents had recently divorced and William switched between their homes every two to three months, causing him to become home schooled. Being separate fulltime business owners and too busy to tutor their son, William had to teach himself his own schoolwork. At the age of seventeen, he graduated from home school, moved out on his own, and started studying accounting at the University of Phoenix. From there, William received his bachelor's degree and became the accountant and supervisor for his father's construction business. Growing up so fast, yet achieving his numerous determinations are the reasons why he is greatly admired today.

Optimism is a characteristic in a person that makes them shine on even the rainiest days. When arguing with my mother, having a bad day at work, or being stressed out from tedious homework, William always lifts my spirits. I run to him when having these dilemmas because he is the only individual that reassures me that life will go on and my troubles will soon cease. When arriving to his house one day after work, I noticed that someone had stolen my new hub caps off of my car. I was angry and on the verge of tears, but he wrapped his arms around me and told me that we would simply go buy more. We turned around to look at the circumference of chalky black tires and started bursting out in laughter at the ugly circles that I was driving.
