Yes There are video games that can keep you very healthy with enough exercise Then… There are some that can just make you lazy and want to sit and play on the couch all day long 24/7 every week that’s how addicting computers are today, But there are also such things as Active video games! There are many active videos games that can keep you healthy such as the WII Sports you can do many exercises playing it such as Boxing practice, tennis practice, baseball practice, bowling. And golf practice this game is all about moving hands, finger, arms, and legs so it is all called active exercise and active gaming also if you don’t like playing games period then just go outside and walk. Ride your bike a couple of blocks, do regular exercises in your home like workouts and yoga but in my opinion active video games are very fun and interactive you can play online with friends and try and beat them but also videos such as Xbox and GTA, ROBLOX….  And So on Are very bad they can rotten your brain and keep you from trying to do your best on your work and making you lazy not doing your responsibility’s but still games are bad any type so the best thing to do is go outside find some friends go and hang with your friends and run play that is way more healthier than playing a WII game when you can just go outside
