Dear Mentor:

I have to do a presentation for a CEO and other high-ranking officers of a company that I want to invest in my distance-learning project. I want to obtain a loan for a distance learning company that I would like to start. I need to figure out what would be important to this type of audience.

My assumption of what would be important to them would be how secure this business will be and if this company will be successful. They will need to know how much it will cost them, the location of my company and if it is in a good location. I would provide them with a layout of my plans for the present and the future.

As a result of my presentation, the audience will know my plan for the distance learning company, how much it will mean to me and how necessary it is to have in the community. I will provide them with statistics of people I have surveyed and give them the input of the very interested people who would attend this distance learning company. I will provide them with advantages of starting this company by letting them know that more people are going towards distance learning because it is more convenient for them. People can study and do homework on their own time and in the comfort of their own home.

As I said before, the topics that will be covered are as follows:
