Capitol Punishment
One of the most controversial topics in America regarding life is capitol punishment, is if it humane to take another life. Is it right to take a mans life from him for an criminal offence, and why do some states but not others choose to going about carrying out the death penalty when the others believe it to inhumane?
Life is a very sensitive subject for most people and whether or not it is humane to take a man's life. It is a barbaric act that I do believe can be avoided, I don't think that it it humane to take a man's life but to sentence him to a life with no way out would be punishment enough. We have stated in laws that you can not take another persons life so why do we give only a handful of people the rite to take a mans life and justify it.
There are a select few offences the warrant a kind of punishment so severe as to take a persons life from them. Prettifies, murders, and terrorist are among the many people I think should have the harshest punishment brought against them but does a criminal action justify taking his life. That's where some states disagree with each other, its not humane of justifiable to take a mans life for a criminal action.
There are only a handful of states that do enforce capitol punishment, the harshest punishment imaginable. The others believe it to be inhumane, and not justifiable in the eyes of the law. The states that do enforce capitol punishment do so by means of electrocution and lethal injection, these two ways of killing people are in their eyes are the most humane ways to kill someone. But with this separation between states is not right, there should be one uniform law among the entire country, not a country divided.
