on behalf of Seksyen 2 residents, I would like to lodge a complaint regarding the poor services that provided by the local council. for your information, I have lived in our housing are for ten years. formerly the provided services by the council were just fine. but recently, I just noticed a deadline for the services provided by your side as the conditions of our welfare became worse. so, I decided to inform you about our housing estate.

first, the park and playground near our housing estate were neglected as the exercise and playground equipment was broken. these things might be dangerous to the children that play nearby the park or playground. besides that, the park was overgrown with wild grass that might attract the rodents, snakes, and insects. these are dangerous animals as they might carry dangerous diseases such as dengue that might infectious to our residents. so, the conditions of the park and playground were unsafe to live.

secondly, the problems increase as the collection of rubbish in the housing estate was irregular, which is once in three months. there were maggots that came off from the food waste and the flies that swarming makes the area was dirty and disgusting. this problem resulting in the air pollution as the stink and foul-smelling came from the junk of rubbish. the junk of rubbish can be an eyesore to whoever sees it. the residents were very disappointed as it makes the area of the housing smelly, dirty and disgusting to be inhabited.

next, the increase in the population of the housing to become dense. it makes the are became crowded as the proximity to expressways that facilitating the residents to go to work. but at the same time, the housing area was near the factories that carried out the heavy usage on the roads. hence, there were potholes on the road and the accidents occurred as the youngsters were speeding on
