Computer addiction
There are so many computer addicts all over the world. As technology develops it’s showing a growing trend these days. Computer addiction became a very serious problem. Because of this, quite a lot of accidents occurred such as murder, assault, heart attack and so on. Let’s find out the causes, symptoms and solutions of the computer addiction.
There are some causes of the computer addiction. Computer addicts get a vicarious pleasure form the game. Because they are not satisfied in the reality. And they can’t stop playing difficult games. The reason is that they are inconvenienced if the difficult game is over so they are keep trying it until they win. Another cause is that If they are good at playing games, they can’t stop it. It’s because they feel superior about that they play better than the others.
Let’s look over the symptoms of computer addiction. First symptom is that computer addicts stays in front of the computer nearly all day without having meals. It’s because they can’t stop doing it, if they stop they are afraid of losing the game. Secondly, They cannot get along with their family and friends. Because they’re only used to playing computer games. Another symptom is that they can show violent behavior to people around them. The reason is they have a tendency to do the same thing in the game that is violent.
Here’s the solution for all the computer addicts around the world. Families should help them with everything. They should set passwords and time limits on the computer. Friends and neighborhoods should help them too. They need to try to share a deep conversation with them to change their mind. Don’t let them do the computer alone, at least one person should stay with them. It’s because if someone is next to them they feel that they have to move away from the computer for others.
Even though helping the computer addicts if difficult, people around them need to do as best as they can. If someone beside you have symptoms like staying in front of the computer all day or show violence to others, get suspicious. Let’s not be a computer addict or let’s help the people who is suffering from the addict.
