SAP Description
Create an Organization Unit:-
The first and foremost step in order to create an organizational unit is to approach SAP Easy Access screen. After that click on human resources, then click on organizational management and then click on expert mode, after that click on simple maintenance. There are three options under simple maintenance create, change and display and from that we have to select a create option. After that, create an organizational unit, organizational unit number and organizational name. The most important thing after doing all the stages is to lay stress is that editing period which must be 01/01/2018.
Create Departments:-
After creating an organizational unit, we have to create five different departments under an organization unit. For generating distinct departments, firstly click on menu bar to select object period on, after that it will be shown automatically on your screen. In order to create distinct branches, we have to focus on the company name. Then click on create icon option on the application tool bar. After that, create different five organizational units as public resources, human resources, manufacturing, finance and marketing and sales. Now you will be able to see
all the departments you have created. If you want to edit anything, then click on view on the menu bar, then click object period on to do any correction. Now click on back icon and return to SAP Easy Access screen.
Create Sub- Units within Departments:-
After creating distinct five departments, we have to create sub- units of each. For creating sub-units in manufacturing department, first click on human resources, then click on organizational management. After that click on expert mode, then click on simple maintenance. Now click the change icon and enter the organizational unit, then click change icon. Then highlight the manufacturing unit on the change organization screen, click the create icon and enter data and then click on save icon. After that you can see two sub- units created under manufacturing department. Similarly, follow the same steps for creating finance department. Firstly highlight the finance unit and click on create icon to enter data in the table and save icon. After that you can see the two sub-units created under finance department. Now follow the same other steps for other three departments to create their sub-units.
Create Jobs and Positions in sub-units in departments:-
After creating sub-units in different five departments, we need to create jobs and positions within the departments. First we have to go on SAP easy access screen and then click on human resources, click on organizational management. Then click on expert mode, again click on simple maintenance. Now double click on change and enter data in the table and click on save icon but you must enter valid date 01/01/2018 to 12/31/9999. In next step, click on change icon and highlight the name of your organization. Then click on the Expand icon and you can see the whole structure. After that follow the same steps to other departments.
Create Job Descriptions:-
We need to create job descriptions after creating jobs and positions in sub-unit departments. Click on menu bar and then click on human resources. After that go to organizational management and then click on expert mode, again click on simple maintenance and do double click on change. Enter data in the table, click on staff assignments and then click on change icon. After that highlight the organization name and then click on expand icon. We have to highlight the production supervisor position. From menu bar, click Goto and then select objective description, click the create infotype icon. Now select tasks for position into the subtype field by using the drop down button and input the job descriptions in the table. Then click the save icon to save the job descriptions .We need to highlight the accounting analyst position and again click Goto and select objective description. Next click the create infotype icon to select tasks for position into the subtype field and input the job descriptions by using the drop down button. After that save the job description and click on save icon.
