The concern that the Nexity Banking was for customer without direct deposit capabilities, mailing check to Nexity was the only means of depositing money. Waiting for deposits to post could be an inconvenience for customer. With no ATM network and no branches, cash could be received only at other banks ATM's or by using cash-back services with debit cards. What are the chief economic characteristics of the online banking industry?
Alternative Courses of Action
1. Be more equip in service and have all resources
2. Introduce Nexity to other state and generate the same outcome to the people who is used to virtual banking.
3. to focus more on securities and acquire the crucial points of what is more needed

1. SWOT Analysis
To identify the key internal and external factors that is important to achieving the objective. Outside its environment, with its competitors, there are situations when the firm would decide whether a given situation is a threat or an opportunity. Any option was an opportunity to make different cause.
Recommendation
Nexity Banking should focus more on its deposit and cash accounts to put the stop of the problem that they are having. In better was for this is to team up or partnership with other bank to do that account and they will prioritize the virtual bank. Maximize the vision and the have a different aspect in coping up the work that they are facing. Aside from the people who thought virtual bank will be great in the future, they should think how about today?
Conclusion
After reading the case I think that Nexity Bank would really be very big in the near future. I think that they are really stable and that their company can be trusted now because of the securities they are assuring to the people for a couple of years now. I think that with the ever more advancing technology they could find ways to improve their services. Overall the company is really great and for sure they would soon be globally renowned.
