For the demographics, the descriptive analysis discovered that the time (average time) for the generations was 3.694 and the standard deviation was 1.56. The average value was almost near the median value of the data indicating that there was a very high likelihood that there was normal distribution of data. The standard deviation high value however showed there was a great variation among the data variables. The education level averaged at level 3 and the standard deviation was 1.014. Since the range for the education level was 1 to 4, a mean of 4 indicated that data skewness was to the left. The standard deviation high value showed that there was great variation among the data variables. The distribution by first language was not balanced. This was because the mean value for the first language response was equal to 1.52 instead of 1.5. This was a clear indication that the language coded as 2 had a higher frequency value than that coded as 1. Once again the distribution based on gender was not balanced. This was because the mean value for the gender variable was equal to 1.722 showing that the gender coded as 2 had a higher frequency than that coded as 1. The distribution based on the manager status was also not balances as 1.889 was the mean value. The pay status was also not balanced. 1.9722 was the mean value with 1.667 as the standard deviation.
