DISC Profile or DISC Self-Assessment, published by Wiley, is a very popular tool that use to measure people personality, behavioral and their working styles. In DISC test, you will have to answer many questions that The result will come out as a letter types that people will fall in the following: D or I or S or C. D is stand for dominance, I is stand for Influence, S is for steadiness
and C is stand for conscientiousness. Dominance or D-Type is a person who like power, authority, and like to direct other people or telling people what to do. This type of personality will be afraid of failure. Influence or I-type is a person who likes to be praise and recognition from other people. This type of personality is a very good seller but will be afraid of rejection. Steadiness or S-Type is a person who like security, like to support, and a very good listener. This type of personality will be afraid of insecurity. Compliance or C-Type is a person who likes to operate procedures and very detail oriented. This type of personality is a very good writer and afraid of conflict. After we took the test, the result came out that I was an Influence or I-Type. Therefore, others member in the team must not have an I-Type personality.

Hogan Motivates, Values, Preferences Inventory is the inside of personality such as the core goals, values, driver and interests that drives individual performance.
