I will list below the actions I suggest on your first round of disputes to the bureaus, but first let me explain in more detail how this works. As I mentioned I cannot guarantee the outcome nor promise that even if the items below are resolved as we wish that we will get the simulated number that the programs give us. The program we use is a guide and the actual outcome could fluctuate. Make sure to keep all your credit cards active and current, but preferably keep them at a zero balance monthly. Send me letters as soon as you pay these down.

All letters must have the following on them for a rapid rescore:

* Be on company letterhead

* Have a current or recent date on them

* List your account number

* List your name

* Verbiage must be very detailed. It instructs the bureaus as to exactly what to do. See notes on each account for appropriate verbiage on each account.

* Have a phone number for the bureaus to call to verify letter.

If you get a letter, send in to me so I can send it in for a Rapid rescore. This is a three day dispute with the bureaus. The letters must meet the above criteria to be accepted or they cannot be used except for in a regular dispute by mail. ON HBC I do rapid rescores for you when ever you get letters, so let me know.

Dispute counseling:

* Asset Acceptance LLC Acct# XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

* Dispute with XPN, TUC, EFX with a reason "Reported in error, please delete."

* XYZ Acct# XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

* If it's a paid of f or resolved collection, say : "Account dispute resolved, please delete."

Also, please pay down your credit card balance to half,
