Drunk Driving
When one combines alcohol with the operation of an automobile it can be very dangerous. One is combining a crime when approaching this situation. In fact, driving while intoxicated is abominable by people that have been hurt by drunk drivers. In other words, drunk drivers have killed many people and ruined that lives of many others. One knows what can occur when driving intoxicated but do not stop themselves picking up a drink at a party or anywhere that alcohol is present. One realizes what was done wrong after the problem has occurred. Realizing the effects of driving while intoxicated people should prevent these dangerous incidents by obeying state laws, being responsible, and planning ahead.
The state has laws because people need guidelines in life, so when one follows the laws you are in safe conditions. When one follows and agrees to the state laws they are not hurting anyone or putting themselves at risk. As a result, the law that is usually broken is driving under the influence of alcohol. Drunk driving is considered a crime in every state. There have been many fatal accidents due to drunk drivers. These drivers leave a family unhappy and caused an innocent person's death. Yet, more and more accidents seem to occur every year due to intoxicated drivers. Oneself believes that breathalyzers should be installed in every automobile in order to decrease drunk drivers to get behind the wheel.
When one is planning to consume alcohol away from home it is important to assign a designated driver for the day. Anything that occurs is on one self's hand. On the contrary, responsibility takes place while drinking and the actions one takes. One must know how to get home and handle all the effects of drinking. If one does not take responsibility for what is done, then danger is going to take place. Truly, the likelihood of having an "accident" increase with every drink a driver takes. When one is driving down the road and living life, a drunk driver can just come crashing into one's car. The innocent person is the one that usually dies instantly because the drunk driver's car was going a high speed limit. One should be responsible and plan ahead in order to stop killing innocent lives.
