Workplaces can play a vital part in maintaining positive mental health. They can give people the chance to feel productive and be a strong contributor to employee wellbeing. Yet it can also be a stressful atmosphere that contributes to the rise of mental health problems and illnesses. Employee wellness leads to a more productive and motivated labour force, positively influencing success. Employee illness can have a key impact on increased business operating costs.
One way to achieve a psychologically safe workplace is to create and implement a Comprehensive Workplace Health and Safety (CWHS) Program. This program is a series of strategies and related activities, initiatives and policies developed by the employer, in consultation with employees, to continually improve or maintain the quality of working life, health, and the well-being of the workforce. These activities are developed as part of a continual improvement process to improve the work environment (physical, psychosocial, organizational, economic), and to increase personal empowerment and personal growth.
According to the Forbes “Asking For Help Reveals Strength, Not Weakness” and I personally believe we are in constant need of each other as the world is so interconnected with each other than it is difficult to even imagine someone living a happy life all alone. Therefore, there is nothing wrong in seeking help from other people.

I do agree with your statement that The organization must have to take a responsibilities to deal with the mental health of the employee. Organisations need to send a clear signal to staff that their mental health matters and being open about it will lead to support, not discrimination. A simple way to communicate this is to explain that mental health will be treated in the same way as physical health.
