My individual values are key to the business decisions I make. I have ranked my

Justification of Position

Responsibility I believe that being responsible has enabled me to have the confidence to attempt and to succeed in various endeavors. I have achieved my bachelors degree, and I have received two promotions in two years because I am responsible and I believe in my own abilities. My responsibility has given me the courage to pursue my master’s degree. Being responsible involves self-discipline. Although this is difficult at times, it allows me to maintain some semblance of balance between my personal, professional, and academic life.

Trust Although difficult to maintain in today’s world, I believe that trust in one’s self and in others is a foundation from which all relationships are based. In my work place, I found out quickly whom I could trust and whom I could not. Trust grows from being responsible and dependable.

Integrity I was raised to believe in the “Golden Rule”. I believe that integrity and honesty are sound values which enable me to maintain a good reputation among my peers, both personally and professionally. At work colleagues have learned to trust my work and my word. Integrity comes from being trusted and from being responsible.

Creativity Creativity is essential in today’s ever evolving workplace. I have found that being creative is necessary
