Fahrenheit 451
A major crisis occurs when a fireman questions his work and life itself. In Fahrenheit 451 by Ray Bradbury Guy Montag was dedicated to his job, he loved burning things and never doubted it, until one day a girl enters his life and changes his thoughts on everything. After this girls death, Montag is left to wonder what he is to do about his life. He is faced with many challenges and in the end he starts off with a new life.
Clarisse was a very outgoing young girl, who didn't matter what others thought about her. She and her family would have conversations, which was odd in this time because people often did not talk much. When Montag met Clarisse he began to understand and look at things differently. She is the one who got him to think outside of the box, unlike everyone else who is trapped.
When Montag finds out that Clarisse had died, he began to think like she did. He didn't care what others thought, and he wanted everyone to see the truth. He had stolen a few books from work to find out what was illegal about them. As Beatty got more suspicious of what Montag was doing, he went to as Faber for help in reading the books. When them two talk, they decide to try and bring literature back to world, to get everyone out of the daze they've been in these many years.
As Montag and Faber put there plan to play, Montag is faced with many challenges. When he and the other firemen went on a job, they pulled in front of Montag's house. He had to burn down his own house down, but instead turns of the other firemen. Montag kills all of his formal firemen coworkers, and runs away to find a new hope.
