The issues and opportunities for Global Communications vary in perspective. I have listed what I feel are the views and values for each stakeholder.

The Stockholders

The Stockholders value profit. Global Communication's depreciating stock has placed them in economic danger.

Senior Leadership

The Senior Leadership Team's values are accountability to the stockholders and consumers. They are challenged with finding new cost savings initiatives and customer satisfaction through technological expansion.

Employees/Workers Union

The Union's values are security and citizenship. The Union is concerned with job security as well as salary and benefit cuts. The Union is distressed about the Leadership Team's decision to use foreign labor resources.

Consumers

The consumers value service. Consumers are apparently shopping elsewhere for the services they want. These services include satellite and wireless communication availability.

Partners

The Partners, satellite and wireless providers, value growth.

Ethical Dilemmas

The Senior Leadership Team is faced with accountability to the Stockholders and meeting the demands of the customers. As a cost savings initiative, they made a decision to move some of the technical call centers to India and Ireland with no indication of alternative measures to cut costs. While awaiting approval from the Board, the news traveled via grapevine through the company.
