There are three primary strengths of Got Mold company, Firstly is the location, It is a local owned company that has expanded in other regions across the western provinces. It currently operates out of Regina, Yorkton, Calgary, Edmonton, Red Deer, and Medicine Hat. Making it more convenient for customers to have access to professional mold remediation services, along with inspections, investigations, sampling, and removal of asbestos, testing of air quality. Secondly Got mold has completed over 3000 projects involving small residential to large-scale industrial and institutional companies like Coca-Cola, Saskatchewan Real Estate Commission and Graham Construction to name a few. The company exudes professionalism; their employees are highly trained and certified water damage restoration, mold remediation, asbestos abatement, radon remediation, fire damage restoration, confined space operations, Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG), WHMIS and First Aid. Moreover, they continuously provide ongoing training and certification programs for their team members. Last but not least, to ensure quality Got Mold has partnered with OH&S to utilize strictest safety regulations setup by Alberta and B.C. to deal with standardization of processes. Another for seen threat can be training of staff to create new business/contacts. In order to avoid these threats, Got Mold can improve the quality of staffs, and sign agreement with them, improve the promotional structure, and do more market research to better understand target market.
