Guy Fieri

        Everyone has something in mind as children of what they what to be when they are adults. Some people change and others do not. Guy Fieri is a celebrity chef that knows how to cook very delicious food. Fieri started at 10 years of age when his dad built him a pretzel cart. Fieri then sold and sold pretzels until he had enough money to release one of his lifetime dreams. At the age of 16 Guy Fieri spent a year studying in France which helped him in his culinary career.

        Guy Fieri is a chef so we all must think that he went to culinary school, but the truth is that he went to the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and studied for Hospitality Management in 1990.

        Fieri graduated the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and then he went on his first job a restaurant in California called Louise’s Trattoria.

        Fieri was not as interested in food until he went to France as an exchange student and discover the delicious French cuisine that made him fall in love with food.

        We all have a person who inspires us to make our dreams come true. For Guy Fieri the person who inspired him was Emeril Lagasse. Fieri liked to watch how Lagasse entertained the crowed on Good Moring America Fieri thought that was very cool.

        In 1996 Fieri and his partner opened up a restaurant called Johnny’s Garlic’s in Santa Rosa, California.  

        Not everything that is new comes out perfect, Fieri was mad and had to overcome the challenge of closing down his restaurant because PR did not like the food.

        Guy Fieri favorite food to cook is Asian food. He likes to add his all-time favorite sauce sambal oelek which is an Asian sauce.

        Guy Fieri loves his job because he loves to cook he loves to be on tv and make other people laugh.
