1.Introduction

E-commerce activities in The Kingdom Of Saudi Arabia through the years have not progressed widely although being the fastest and largest growing ICT marketplace in the Arab gulf; This paper shows the findings of a research about adoption of E-commerce in Saudi Arabia and According to a new research that has been conducted to identify and explore key issues that influence Saudi retailers positively and negatively in deciding whether to adopt the online business channel or that it might be a waste of time and effort ; While the overall research project uses mixed methods, the focus here will be on the quantitative analysis of responses obtained from a survey of local retail company’s or retailers.

 I prepare this paper to give knowledge on how to use E-commerce to help to develop a country’s economy by showing you how other retailers benefit from the internet and what they do to gain popularity and well balanced business with tons of demand every day and how they make the businesses more internationally known.

In the last years, E-Commerce around the globe has seen remarkable development due to the massive growth and wide spread in internet users which also showed the internet diverse uses which has become a necessity with life; more countries in the world have tended and realize they must pay attention to E-commerce and its applications, particularly in the People Republic of China, which became the top country or one of the top countries in the world in E-commerce use and need.

In recent years, E-commerce has made a wide base of loyal consumers, such as countries leading the way for starter and at the top is China, India, and South Korea and again there is countries that are improving in E-commerce gradually over years with high expectations like the UAE, Jordon and  Lebanon in which they have achieved a number of success in E-commerce.  In the 1990’s,  E-commerce was yet beginning to make its rise into the business world and, with the technology advance at a fast rate and being more affordable for consumers and more approachable to make it easier to purchase.
