When your inthe health care field you do get asked by many people what are the major drivers that seem to rise when it comes to health care spening? The other question that is asked is how will the ACA be affcted in some areas? It seems that the United Staes is one of the biggest countries that have the most expensive care when it comes to the health care field. It is said that the health care system seems to spend more money in the United States then they do in any other country. There was a study done in 2007 to see how much was spent on health care and the study showed that it spent over 2.26 trillion dollars wich comes to about $7,439 per person. The U.S.Health Care consumers have estimated that there is GDP of about 16%. Some people think if the health care shares the GPD that it will help the percentage go up to about 19.5 % by the year 2017. it seems that there has been some type of increae that has happen and seemed to only take about thirty-years to do so.This is also because of the programs that are ran by the goverment are underminded by country and its stability of finances. When it comes to the major drives the list is listed below:
· Administrative costs
· Technology and prescription drugs
· Rise in chronic diseases.
When it comes to the areas that are affected by the ACA it seems that the Comparative of Effectiveness of Research are the ones that evaluats the divers in strategies and in the intervention of the list below:
· monitor health conditions.
diagnose
· treat
· prevent
The way that the CER of guide can get the commission it need the help from the broader health care community,patients, and caregivers on board. It is said the the ACA is made to help establish a thing called PCORI wich is short for Patient Centered of the Outcomes of Research Institutes.
When it comes to the federal of regulations and the oversight from the healthpractices and the premiums there is a list of things to do listed below:
· Rising price and competition transparency in INSURANCE policies sale by Health Insurance Exchanges.
· Medical delivery systems' refocusing into patient-centered systems and develop the quality of care and coordination
· Reforms in payment, which plan to shrink expenses for hospitalizations and treatments consequential from poor quality of care or errors.
What do you think that health care workers can do so that they can be more affordable and to where it wount have limited acces to the necessary care that one would need? If a person didn't have the right type health care then it would be hard for the people to get the type tpye of care they need. when it comes towards the society of labor it is said that they are forced to be not so productive this is because it looks better on them. Now these days it doesnt matter if one has money or not they just need to provide the best type of medical care that they can get but it is also for the ones that are privileged and
