The management team of the (Higher Education Center) HEAC was assigned by the minister of higher education and was given full authority to manage the team of which they work with to accomplish the mission of developing and implementing an electronic admission system. However the objective was set for the team by the Ministry of Higher Education it was obvious that the role of the management team was to manage and control the activities and to allocate the right people for the right job. Although the team leader was fully authorized to do his best in order to achieve the main goal, his team was under pressure since they have been given a deadline to implement the system working with the available human resources and not enough technical experience in such systems. The team leader of the project tried his best hardly to optimize the resources he got on his hand to, so with regard to HR he assigned sub team and named some of the team members as sub team leaders. He created a technical support sub team and public relation sub team. The manager also involved all team members in the plane discussions and team members ware ever contributing in decision making when it was relating to the accomplishing the project �s phases. This management approach was very useful in making the team members working very hard to obtain the best outcome as they felt that they are an important element of the whole process, when they can share their ideas with the management team of the project. When there was any un expected problems like technical fails the team will meet and open a discussion and the decision will be made as fast as possible. This action made the communications between the team members and the management team very useful and individuals were very active in such situations. The manager hired a consultant form an organization which has a very good and long experience in such projects in order to make the best use of the time given and without exceeding the deadline. The team leader was concerned of the people working for the project and that was obvious when he got them involved in each and every step of the project and their efforts ware appreciated, but he also was very keen in the quality of the outcome from this team. So in order to maintain this balance tasks ware given to each individual according to his or her specialization or experience and each individual was getting full support from the management team and other team members.
