HR management is composed of several groups of interlinked activities taking place within the context of the organization .

All managers with HR responsibilities must consider external environmental forces like :

1-legal

2-political

3-economic

4-social

5-cultural

6-technological

That when addressing these activities.

пÑ"? -Planning & Analysis :

пЃ± HR planning is a process of analyzing and identifying the need for and availability of human resources so that the organization the organization can meet its objectives, so managers attempt to anticipate forces that will influence the future supply of and demand for employees.

Note; importance of human resources competitiveness must be addressed as well.

пÑ"? -Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO):

Individuals should have equal treatment in all employment-related actions, so compliance with equal employment opportunity laws and regulations affects all HR activities and integral to HR management.

пÑ"? Staffing: The aim of staffing is to provide an adequate supply of qualification individuals to fill the job in an organization. By studying what workers do through these steps :

пЃ± -Job analysis: Systematic way to gather and analyze information about the content and the human requirements of jobs.

пЃ± Job description: Identification of the task, duties and responsibilities of a job.

пЃ± Job specification: The knowledge, skills and abilities an individual needs to perform a job satisfactorily.

пЃ± Recruiting: The process of generating a pool of qualified applicants for organizational jobs.

пЃ± Selection: Process of choosing individuals who have needed qualifications to fill jobs in an organization.

Its efforts to improve employees’ ability to handle a variety of assignments, that includes:

пЃ± Performance Assessment.

пЃ± Orientation: The planned introduction of new employees to their job, co-workers, and the organization.

пЃ± Training: A process where people acquire capabilities to aid in the achievement of organizational goals.

пЃ± Evaluation.

пЃ± Re-training: Is necessary to accommodate technological changes.

пЃ± Note: Encouraging development of all employees including supervisors and managers, is necessary to prepare organizations for future challenges.

пÑ"? Compensation & Benefit: Compensation rewards people for performing organizational work through pay, incentive and benefits.

пЃ± Health: A general state of physical, mental and emotional well-being.

пЃ± Safety: Condition in which the physical well-being of people is protected.

пЃ± Security: Protection of employees and organizational facilities.

пЃ± The relationship between managers and their employees must be effectively if both the employees and the organization are to prosper together.
