INTRODUCTION

Ckoi Atacama Lodge is a wonderful vintage accommodation service located in the heart of San Pedro De Atacama in the North of Chile. The aim of Ckoi Atacama Lodge is to provide a very unique tourism service and accommodation.

San Pedro Atacama History

It is estimated that about 11,000 years ago the first towns of the north of Chile were founded; they chose the “puna” region and the gorges of the Atacama Desert.

Civilization of Atacama People

The “Atacamenos” (people from Atacama) were the founder of the called “San Pedro Culture”, they established themselves in the Loa’s basing and in all the oases of the Atacama’s desert. Their main economic activity was therefore the agriculture, standing out the cultivation of seven corn varieties, quinoa, beans, Indian fig, cotton, pumpkins, potatoes, dry beans.  This people also raid Llamas and Alpacas and made use of the meat and wool of these animals. Llamas and Alpacas were also used as a mean of transportation in order to keep a constant commercial exchange with other towns from the coast.

Analysis of the Organisation:

Current Marketing Objectives for Ckoi Atacama Lodge is to attract all Australian tourist to come and visit Ckoi Atacama Lodge and get to experience the life of San Pedro De Atacama and discover the different kind of adventure that. Recently the company has been having a lack of customers and lack of presentation.

2.        Organisational Preparedness – consider production, financial, human capacity and other elements in the implementation.  Discuss how the organisation will need to prepare these areas for implementation.

Human Capacity:

By doing coaching and mentor on the staff members and also providing staff members seminar and hand out marketing guidelines. Will benefit the staff members to develop a new skills which become a continues improvement for the business. By the time we finish training the staff members we will be able to increase the business efficiency and provide a better customer services so by the end of the holiday the customers will be giving us a strong feedback and the recommendation will be spread around the world through online network.

The business will have the opportunity to increase the profit  

Elements:

Technology: we must teach our staff members to adapt to the new technology system and encourage them to use it as a daily basis since time is changing that will assist us to track customers.

Books: books are a good resource to help us create a guideline for our staff members and assignment

Projector: will assist us to give them instruction and follow our goal where want to go.

WHS Professional: we want our business to be a safe environment and workers too so encourage our team to provide the worker with a professional WHS expert to assist us with the business by offering seminar.

Motivation Seminar: Motivation is one of the main key to increase business profit by changing the attitude and the way of thinking will encourage the staff members to be more motivated which lead to increase efficiency and also some of them may want to work extra hours. Does why is important to provide a seminar motivation  

Personal Development: is an important role for all of us in a daily life. Personal development is the process of understanding and developing oneself in order to achieve one’s fullest potential. Which means will help us to be more creative and come up with new idea to offer customers.

Computer Training: Computer skills is always important for the business and we can save time and help us coordinate things in the business. It’s very important to provide computer skills such as typing 50wpm, How to operate Microsoft Office and many more.

Language Skills: In order to have communication skills with foreign people we need to have an English language skills so we can communicate with English speakers.

3.        Key Stakeholders – identify the key stakeholders and how they will be involved in the implementation process.

Owner

The owner will have the opportunity to make his business more stable and gain profit and the lodge will be able to have a good reputation.

Manager

The manager will have all the necessary resources to contribute with continues improvement.

Team leader

The team leader will be able to developed new skills and will gain strong communication skills.

Staff Members

The Staff members will be able to work very efficiency with a low risk. And will be able to manage they own risk and create customer values.
