Jelly Creation is a 3D jelly cake stall that offers 3D jelly cakes that the proponent of the business designed and decorated. It’s called La Fleur, the jellies have the design of different flowers.

The name of the business is Jelly Creation. The name of the business came from the products itself. The nature of the business is a food/ dessert business that will make use of a stall.

The business idea came from one of the business principal because her mother who worked abroad and made 3D Jelly. Since Philippines is rich in natural resources to make 3D jelly better and more enjoyable in its uniqueness the proponents of the business decided that they make it here in the Philippines.

The information gathered from market research helps budding entrepreneurs make wise and profitable business decisions. Jelly Creation did a survey to determine the market situation and the probability of the product in the commercialization.

The current market situation of the business’ product it quite popular now. It’s now trending on social media like Pinterest, Facebook and others. It all started in Mexico four years ago. And now it’s getting popular in some parts of United Kingdom and also some Southeast Asian Countries like Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia and more. The proponents of the business would like to bring the beauty and aesthetics of 3D jelly cake here in the Philippines.

But it is also good if the food tastes good and looks good as well. Like the La Fleur. Something new to see, tastes good, and also affordable.

La Fleur consist of a translucent “cake” base made from jelly, the floral or sometimes animal-inspired designs inside the milk-based colored gelatin makes this sweet treat stand out. The designs are crafted in the gelatin using special tools, injecting color and works of art into the clear jelly. A La Fleur is a delicious and very beautiful dessert cake that is different than your traditional baked cake. It’s an ornate gelatin cake that is created by mixing together gelatin with natural ingredients such as fruit juice, milk, and fresh fruit.
A La Fleur can stay cool in the refrigerator for almost a week.
