The purpose of this proposal is to provide comprehensive information concerning the development and management of a luxury tea house Franchise project (hereafter called Just a Cup/JAC) in Bangkok, Thailand.

Background

One thing need to be mentioned is the world is changing at an ever-increasing pace. Food industry, as we know it, shows-marked differences from the way it was. There is no such a big franchised tea house now offer fruit tea and herbal tea to many who is health concerned and want to find out the fun in just a cup of tea. In-fact, hot drink sector is currently one of the fastest growing sector in Thailand with earnings in the billions. With increasing concern about the health and tea itself, customers enjoy to drink a hot drink devoted solely to such pursuits as Chamomile, Earl Grey, Blueberry tea, and Apple tea. They are sophisticated educated, affluent customers who enjoy mentally and physically active lives. And this group keeps growing all the time.

Thailand, with its superb image in tourism and the unique hub location in SE Asia has showed strong potential to cater for this market. The continuing GDP growth and the new FTA theme, promises a positive growth of sustainable and culturally sound tourism. Indeed, leading international enterprises continue their expansion in Thailand and underscore the vital importance of Thailand on the successful strategy in ASEAN.

Bangkok, as the emerging fashion center, has seen continued growth with improved life standard. People has much disposal income and their life style is changing. Recent food supplier and beverage supplier upgrades their shop and products to serve this trend.

Just A Cup, which is majoring deal with hot drink busiess, located on a plot of land in the center of the town of Bangkok within easy reach of the main business area, Base of the concept of quality the first , also the Win-Win model with our raw material imported from Europe, has been already successful in hot drink business for 2 years. We are proud for our personalized service, quality products and premier location. Always drive to be the leading enterprise in this field.

Reforming to a franchised chain business, we will offer customer the top quality product with superb internal design. According to different groups, white-collar, leisure, student, will be treated differently according to their different needs, become a sophisticated, multi-services tea house chain.

objective

1ÐŽD Franchised tea house and related tea wholesale, retail business. Permit and assist the franchisee to start their business, help them on business hardware and software.

2ÐŽD JAC operation: In the first period, we will invest 2 tea houses on Silom and Sukhumvit road. Build up the chain image, also deal with the tea wholesale and retail. Also find the qualified franchisee to join us. Our goal is having a completed chain system, in pursuit of brand, marketing, modeling, and training.

3ÐŽD Target group: for being a leading company in the market, we will firstly focus on the leisure group in the short plan, increase the consumer loyalty. In the future, we will develop different marketing strategy for different group of consumer, such as business, senior group and student. Create different concept for consuming tea.

4ÐŽD Other business prospect: when the above system is established, on one hand, the chinaware business will be added to our portfolio, on another hand, we may enter the bottled drink market, to have the first caffeine-free bottled flower tea and fruit tea.
