Healy, (2015) although marijuana has been legalized in the state of Colorado there are a numbers of places that band the public use of the drug. This stops the exposing of the drug to by standers, or anyone that doesn’t want anything to do with the drug. It has been discovered that the use of marijuana has a number of side effects, so the public use policy also prevents the passing of this drug onto others. “Marijuana laws”, (2015) the state of Colorado has also marked a law that states the maximum amount of marijuana a person is allowed to purchase. In the state you can only buy up to an ounce of marijuana. Legalization of marijuana can also serve for medical purposes.
