Steps In Buying Process:
ÐŽ¤ Need Recognition
The product in my situation was seen as a need and a problem,
mainly not owning it jus by how it prices itself to show its value on the
market, or being an ÐŽoinnovatorÐŽ± to get the latest product. It was seen as a
problem by me because my previous earphone spoilt after using for 4 years
and I was not able to find the exact model. It was seen as a need, as it would
replace the previous spoilt ear piece I have in possession and it has almost
the same specifications as the previous.
ÐŽ¤ Information Search
The product was introduced to me by my cousin, he is a loyal customer of
panasonic products. I borrowed it from him to get a feel of the product. The
earphone is comforting as it fits right into my ear, unlike the usual earphone
that tends to slip off by slight pull. Advertisements on website drew my
attention to the product with high rated reviews from users of the earphone.
As read from other websites regarding earphones, gold plated plugs are
recommanded for better sound transmission. The product was commented as
the ideal earphone for music lovers.
