Introduction
In the current era, digital technology is playing a tremendous role in enhancing the business structure of many organizations. This report will discuss the impact of mobile technology on the small and medium enterprise of the United Kingdom. In the context of the topic the company which has been selected is Knomo. Mainly, Knomo is the UK based SME which manufactures handbags made from the highest quality material. 50 employees are working within the working environment and its overall turnover is £3.3m. This report will assist in explaining the objective, aims, project plan and other aspects of the organization. The small-scale research on the qualitative and quantitative methods will be done by the organizational researcher for attaining the stated goals and objective of the firm. In addition to this, the report presents a questionnaire survey with the selected respondents which will help in finding the effective outcome for the research. The recommendation will be made regarding the enhancement of the research project.

Cost- The researcher needs to focus on the cost management process of the research because this resource and other essential data can only be extracted from this (Kerzner and Kerzner, 2017). The cost estimation of the overall project will assist in attaining the goals and objective of the firm. The overall cost required for the success of the research project is £3500.
Scope- The scope of the research project is that the outcome of this research project can also be used for the further success of the research project in an effective and efficient way. The scope of the research is very broad which covers various aspects.
Time- Time administration is one of the imperative factors which help in the success of the research project. With the help of effective timing, the researcher will be able to complete their work before the deadline. The time required for the completion of the research will be 5-6 months as this is because the development and testing process of mobile application requires more time.
Quality- The quality of the overall research venture relies upon the gathered assets and data information. It is important that the research needs to be done by a professional expert so that the quality of the project will be maintained.
