Animal House
The goals of our business are to provide a fun jungle away from home if you will.
Our business is geared towards a younger adult (21 and over) however we also are trying
to target any party ANIMAL that wants a all out zoo experience after the zoo. The
economy of the location is very diverse that is why Canisius College, Medialle College,
Buffalo State and University of Buffalo student will be our major target.
Our data shows that there is a want for this atmosphere. A overwhelming amount of
the people interviewed said that they would go with friends. We recognize that with
several colleges in the Buffalo metro area that there is a shared need among the students
as well as local population. Animal House is a place that brings out the animal within.
Our data also showed that a lot of people like to watch games at a bar.
Animal House is different from most young adult bars. Most bars on streets like
Chippewa and Elmwood do not provide the actual volume of the game instead blaring
loud music. They also do not provide seating. Our bar will provide a seat for every butt.
The location is also a focal point for our success being centrally located and being within
