The product we sell is really good thing at Hoa Lac Campus, almost no competitor in this field. The targeting of us is all people live and study at FPT-University Hoa Lac Campus. From student to teacher and anyone know and want to own one of our products.
The primary marketing objective is to awareness to every student of FPT-University. The primary financial objective is returning the capital of our group. Try to earn the first profit in the second month.
8. Controls
There is a potential market at FPT-University - Hoa Lac Campus, and we must have the best appearance. One of the most important is the feedbacks, if we got the only one a bad feedback, it will be very hard for us to sell anything.
Calculating the price to suitable for student is the one difficult thing we have to solve. The “business price” and “student price” is very different. If we want to sell at FPT-University with the “business price”, it is impossible to accept from other students. But with the “student price” we won’t have much profit, but in long-term we think it is become potential shop.
We are student too, so the capital is not much. The difficult thing is sometime we don’t have the available product for customer, then they can’t check it, we have to order and take it after few days. Aware of that difficult, we choose the product very carefully. But it still challenge with us.
