Mission Statement:

I. Purpose - The Gatekeeper=s purpose is to protect the Pastor and the anointing upon his life, as well as the Founders of the ministry, Bishop and Mother Ferguson. To fight against any distractions, principalities or powers that may try to present themselves to stop the delivery of the Word of God.

II. Positioning -

1. There will be four active security personnel on post on Sundays and Wednesdays, alter point, front side, rover , and whoever is on armor bearing Pastor. All security personnel will be wearing radios with ear pieces during these assigned times. The front side person will be positioned outside of the Pastor=s office awaiting for his arrival. The alter point person will take care of preparation such as making tea, retrieving Pastor=s headset, etc. The rover person will be positioned at the front entrance opening the door for people as they arrive to the church. Also the alter point person will be inside the sanctuary during intercessory prayer, praying while observing who walks in.

III. Tardiness - As Gatekeepers of the ministry we should be the first to arrive and the last to leave. On Sundays, we arrive at 8:45 a.m. to start prayer time at 9:00 a.m. There is no excuse for being tardy on Sundays. If you are going to be late you should call the Security Director ahead of time. If you are unable to attend church on your assigned day, whether Sundays or Wednesdays you are responsible for finding your own replacement, as well as contact the Security Director.

There will be no more coming late and assuming your position. Most

likely, your position will be covered and you should have a seat for that
