Everyone belongs to a community, but my community differs form a lot of others. My Community is Carroll Hospital Center, this is where I work. Some characteristics of Carroll Hospital Center are everyone wears scrubs; the environment is very clean and cold. Everyone that works at the hospital is caring, kind, and compassionate about helping others. There are some responsibilities of my community. One must be presentable with a smile on his or her face. Everyone that works here must complete competencies every year to be sure that they are up to standards in work. For example, when I complete my competencies, I must show the other nurses that I know how to use restraints when a patient cannot control themselves. When in my community, very few things can get one kicked out. If he or she goes for his or her drug test,
