Everyday Leadership

1. The last lollipop moment I had was when I was really upset about moving schools.  then I met Big Skin aka Caleb and he made me feel very comfortable coming to this school. He made me feel comfortable because he kept talking about how awesome this school is.

1. If a film crew followed me for around for 1 month the three words I hoped they would say about me is kind, strong, loveable.  Very nice to people and treats people the way he wants to be treated. When someone makes fun of him he is very strong and stands up for himself and others. And loveable because I will never shut people down from trying to be my friend.

***Leadership Module #3 Write Up

My tower building experience was actually very fun. The reason it was fun was  we had to work as a team to make the best  building possible so all of us got to gather and started to brain storm about what we were going to build. First we that about doing something random and take it from there but then the smart me said that we should build using triangle shapes and everyone agreed and made me the leader. I think it was a very good idea to make me the leader because I always like taking control of the situation and try to figure out what to do and how to make things better.  I made sure everyone in my group had a role. Some people would give me connecting parts and some people would connect some parts and the rest would give me sticks so I could build it. What we did was very effective because we build the stuck sure very fast.  We started with triangles and then kept making floors but sadly at the end of it all it fell apart because it got to tall which is my fault because I wanted to make it big.

In football I consider myself a leader. The reason I consider myself a leader because I am very experience in football so I know what I’m talking about and I love helping people and making sure they know what they know what thy are doing. I also love making them better but not just as a football player but a person. I really enjoy being a leader because I love how everyone looks up to me and says that I made them better football player.  I think I am the leader that makes sure everyone knows what they are doing.

My favorite leader is my dad. The reason why my dad is a leader is because he has achive so much in his life and worked his butt of for it. No matter what anyone said he would always try his best to prove them wrong and that’s why he is such a good person and a leader. MY dad is the quiet type of leader. The one that doesn’t get into fights or every get in trouble. He is the leader that always studys and works out and will never give up no matter what he was faced with. What makes my dad a great leader is that he doesn’t know it .;He is a very humble person that doesn’t  like taking credit for anything for some reason.  Also every parent on  my football team wished they knew my dad earlier because e is such a great and funny guy that has achieved so much in his life.
