Answer 1
Workplace justice resembles most closely with the interactional justice because the harsh behavior of the bosses creates such an environment where they are treated without respect and are always scolded for their doings. It could be in form of the frustration that the boss takes out on them or may be make a deal out of their little mistakes and portray them as very big which may lead to their termination as well.
Answer 2
With constant bullying attitude of the bosses, the employee lose what we call as self-efficacy` which the capability that a person can perform a task. In realistic terms when we are bashed that we cannot perform a certain task so the next time when we try to perform it, we would face hurdles when we perform it. It may make the person to lose his self-confidence. In the motivational theory of Maslow, it is seen that self-esteem is a need of person. Sometimes bosses want to show how they are impactful in an organization and due to that they may bully the employees. This doesn’t necessarily means that the employees stop doing their jobs but they have a lesser urge to show better results and be more exceptional than before because they know they are going to be bashed anyways.
Answer 3
Firstly I would try to ignore what is happening and within that time I would try to figure out that what made them bully me. What are the wrong things that I am doing or might have done that would have made the boss bully me. Once I know what is happening I would try to figure out a solution to it. It might be in form of talking to senior personnel or if that’s not the case, I would write To Whom It May Concern in the organization. If that didn’t worked then I would avoid things that is making me bully or the weakest link would be that I resign from the organization but when I do that I’ll make sure to give my boss a good zip up call so that he dare not do it with any other employee.
