Personal Perspective Paper
When trying to resolves problems it is important to have a foundation developing a solution. In the next few paragraphs, I will be presenting the foundation or building block to Problem-Base Learning. You will discover the three essential values that will help in building a strong foundation to problem solving. The first of these values is the rEsource website.
The Value of rEsource
The value of rEsource website is priceless when it comes to progressing as a student in this program. It provides online publications/references which helps in understanding the course assignments.
The online quizzes are a tremendous value to the learning process. It saves both student and professor time. Students can take the quiz at their leisure without pressure.
As for the templates they provide an added value to the course. Templates make it easier to prepare papers and it ensures that the papers are done to standard.
rEsource website provides valued information that makes it easier when participating in Learning Teams. This ensures that the members of the Learning Team are using the same resources when doing group projects and assignments.
The Value of Learning Teams
The value of Learning Teams provides collaborative learning environments in which working adults can share the practical knowledge that comes from life and work experiences. Each person on a team has unique experiences that could help in understanding of particular situations related in group projects or assignments.
Learning Teams can help in improving the quality of group projects and assignments. This is done by group participation versus an individual effort. The more people participating on a project or assignment ensure a deeper understanding of the requirement.
Allowing students to broaden and deepen the understanding of concepts explored in the classroom will make both the course and the learning a more pleasant environment. Plus it adds to the overall learning of the course materials. There are times when someone states a concept that would cause one to say Ð'ÐŽÐ'oI never thought of it that wayÐ'ÐŽÐ'±.
This serves as a strong vehicle for reflection, by which students make sense of and apply new knowledge that just learned. Reflecting on what someone has stated helps in the developing of a better understanding of the project. Each student has valuable experiences no matter if they are working adults, a house wife or a soldier. Learning Teams is one of the few ways that you can bring such a vast amount of knowledge and experience into a group project or assignment.
Finally, Learning Teams can provide a better sense of community
