Recommendation letter

Dear Administration,

I am writing a letter on behalf of Shakhruz Rakhmatov, an international studies student at Inha University in Tashkent who is applying for the Global Undergraduate Exchange Program (Global UGRAD). To get straight to the point, Shakhruz is, without a doubt, one of the strongest undergraduate students I have had the pleasure of working at Inha University. It is my pleasure to recommend Shakhruz Rakhmatov for admission to Global UGRAD program.

At a personal level, Shakhruz is a well-disciplined, industrious student with a pleasant personality. He has excellent communication skills. Personally knowing him I can say that he is very outgoing and easily get on with any professor. I know from discussions with colleagues and undergraduate students in my department that we all think Shakhruz is a very special student. I have enjoyed getting to know his as a person and find him surprisingly mature for his young age, quite capable of working entirely on his own in a self-directed manner. I am pleased that Shakhruz is planning to get an experience in the US. I have no doubt that he has the skills, focus, and determination to successfully complete this exchange program.

Shakhruz is unquestionably an exceptional candidate for undergraduate study in US. Shakhruz’s work in Object Oriented Programming suggests that he would greatly benefit from the opportunities for intellectual development provided by a sustained period of undergraduate study. He has proven himself to have the perseverance, initiative, and Sample letter of recommendation intellectual creativity necessary to complete an advanced undergraduate degree. I would therefore highly recommend Shakhruz Rakhmatov. If his performance in my class is a good indication of how he would perform as an undergraduate student, he would be an extremely positive asset to your program. He aspires to become a Programmer in future and therefore, he wants to get an experience in programming in the US.
