NZINGHA WARRIOR QUEEN OF MATAMBA
This book is about a strong warrior princess destine to become queen, and out to prove to all that the is worthy. The most important characters in this story were nzingha and her father also king, ngola ndombi kiluanji. Nzingha was a strong women and leader to all of Matamba. She was a great influence who was strong, graceful and smart. She was true and aunist also she made responsible choices for her land. She had ruled through c.1582-1663. She had struggled to gain her fathers trust and approval, but soon to find out she had it all along. He was a critical thinker with great decision making skills as well. Many had thought nzingha took after her father. The most exciting event in this story was on pages 53 front to back page 54. When Azeze proposed interest in nzingha. Nzingha had thought of atandi her bider to be her husband, but instead showed interest in azeze's dazzling smile. Words where exchanged between them as a connection formed. He had said in a round about way that he did not care if she hunted or not. He also wanted a women who was smart and strong retorting to nzingha. I liked this event because nzingha was being showed the respect and care she truly deserved. I would recommend NZINGHA WARRIOR QUEEN OF MATAMBA to a reader that has interest in culture and history. I thought this book was the most stupendice book I have ever read in my entire life. It has completely gobeled my mind into an interesting world of history. I have never read anything like it before with such interest.
