When running a Business, company heads must choose where they are going to operate. A company that is to be successful needs a "home base" where day-to-day business operations can take place. Instead of buying a building, companies often find that leasing office space is a more affordable alternative. Companies know that prime office space is very vital. Most would like a to be in an area that is easy for employees and business partners to find. A company must find their space requirements. A general rule is to have 175 to 250 square feet of space per person. In the Atlanta area office space is usually around $20 per square foot for office space. Most companies will use real estate agents for finding office space, because they measure important factors that one might miss. In fact office space could be the differnce in a successful
