Team leadership refers to the process of leadership and subordinates to achieve organizational goals through change. Team leadership can be described as a combination of a series of actions that will motivate people to follow the leader to go, not simply to obey. Therefore, the team leadership is indeed an art
The Meaning of Leadership
General Motors vice president Hogan Mark's description of the leader: "remember, it's the best plan that makes things happen, and if no one is going to do it, it doesn't make sense.". I try to make the most intelligent, the most creative people around me. My goal is always to be the best, the most talented people to create the working environment they want. If you honor people and keep your promise forever, you will be a leader, regardless of your position in the company."
Leadership is a process; a person influences the thought, attitude and behavior of others. Leaders have set a direction for our other people, they help us to see what is ahead, they help us to imagine what we can achieve; encourage us to encourage us, inspire us. If there is no leadership in the presence of human beings quickly degenerated into controversy and conflict, as we see things in different directions and tilt different solutions. Leadership helps us to work together in the same joint effort.
What do leaders do?
Successful leaders are good at summing up experience, be good at learning, reading, and have a strong sense of mission. But it's a big mistake to think that only the leadership has leadership. As China's hundreds of people say that each person's leadership is not the same, but this is not the same as each other, we can not define, and even can not learn, only by constantly absorbing the experience of their predecessors, and constantly practice, to wake up the hearts of the sleeping. Thus, leadership is not a title, privilege, but a kind of ability.
Conflict is the most common problem between people and people, people in the situation that do not agree with each other's views and mutual opposition will appear conflict. In the workplace, the conflict is inevitable, because people cannot see the point of view of the problem is not entirely consistent. Therefore, as a leader, how to manage conflict, try to avoid the negative conflict, so as to promote the realization of enterprise work objectives, which is the important problem to be solved by the team leadership.
Team although efforts to form a partnership, but this do not mean that there are different views of the team. In fact, team conflict may occur at any time, some are dominant and some are recessive; some are constructive, and some are destructive; some are cognitive layer, some emotion; some may endanger the survival of enterprises, some may be worth mentioning. In the face of the enterprise core team in the conflict, as a business leader should be correct in the face of it, analyze it, solve it, so as to clear the team atmosphere, improve the overall performance of the team.
There is a example of case, University of California scholars have done such an experiment: the 6 monkeys were closed in 3 empty houses, each of the two, a certain number of houses were placed in a certain amount of food, but the location is not the same height. According to this case we should know that using the mechanism to protect the implementation, with good people to do well. How to use leadership
Leadership can not leave the leader, from the perspective of the leaders need to have three levels.
