1. Introduction

When we had the group meeting for the new product or service in the Philippines, the first one come to our mind is the service that we can make orders on our cellphone. With the development of Internet and widely use of Smartphone, we can now easily use Smartphone to order foods and other products just by clicking on our smart phones anywhere. In the Philippines, there is already an old application for people to order food on a smart phone, named FoodPanda. So, we choose to make a short introduction first for the FoodPanda. Then, we will introduce the new or an improved application named 4HomeLife.

Firstly, the users need to download the application on their smartphone.

Like FoodPanda, they also need to install the application and sign up for an account, their application can be registered by each customer’s cellphone number. And by the time you register, you also need to set up a password for future payment.

When you want to order food, you just click the home page, then choose those foods you like, 4HomeLife also provides food that made by their own chief. Or if you like you can choose several restaurants’ food, then you can combine the order, and even the massage service, you can combine the order together.

And they have a special service is sea shipment. They can help those Chinese who want to do online shopping on TAOBAO.COM to ship their product directly from China to the Philippines, this is the most popular service in this application.

After you choose all the food or service you need, you can proceed to payment, when settling the bill, they provide a new payment term. First, you need to add their customer service on the messenger, then deposit in their BDO account, take a picture of the deposit slip, then send the deposit slip to the customer service, and ask for the coupon code.
