In charge of assigning tasks for every manager of the company.

In charge in making sure the company is reaching the goals and objectives.

In charge in fulfilling every manager’s needs in order to finish tasks properly and on time.

Responsible for making sure to have good working environment and relationships between every manager in the company.

In charge in setting meetings.

In charge in organizing team buildings.

Responsible for making sure that company policies are properly implemented.

In charge in the overall activity of the company.

Must have excellent leadership skills.

Must have quality leadership backgrounds.

Must know how to influence workmates.

Must have excellent decision making skills.

Must be a good role model to workmates.

Must be the one who leads the company and its human resources towards success.

Must be goal-oriented.

Has the knowledge on how to properly manage a company.

Has the knowledge on how to properly handle each member of the company in order to achieve harmonious environment in the workplace.

Must be reliable and trustworthy in making financial statements of the company.

Must know how to construct financial statements properly for financial decision in making and transparency purposes.

Operations

Manager

In charge in preparing all the ingredients and materials needed.

In charge in preparing the raw materials.

In charge in securing that products are properly made.

In charge in measuring every ingredient per unit of the product.

Must know how to properly prepare the ingredients and materials needed.

Must know all the ingredients and materials needed.

Must have excellent interpersonal skills.

Must know how to handle pressure properly and manage time wisely.

Purchasing Manager

In charge of checking the stocks of the ingredients and materials.

In charge of buying the ingredients and materials.

In charge of canvassing the ingredients and materials.

Responsible for keeping the official receipts upon buying the ingredients and giving it to the cash custodian.

Responsible for monitoring and recording inventories.

Excellent in communication.

Knows how to determine which are the best ingredients and materials to buy.

Excellent in searching good source of ingredients and materials to have best suppliers.

Knows how to properly communicate to suppliers to ask for discounts and incentives.

In charge of implementing the monthly marketing plan or strategies successfully.

In charge of updating the social media accounts of the company.

In charge of making and editing marketing strategies such as posters, business cards, etc.

Excellent in bookkeeping.

Must be trustworthy and honest in doing all the responsibilities.

Sales Manager

In charge of reaching the sales projections or quotas.

In charge in formulating sales projections.

Responsible for securing resources for selling.
